Windance Farms is a full-service training, sales, lesson, and breeding facility with equine, large and small, exhibiting quality conformation and dispositions spiced by rare and unusual color. Our goal is to match the right animal with the right person, whether their goal is to show to a national level or to simply own an equestrian friend. Windance has bred, raised, or trained or all of the above. Mulitiple Pinto World Champions and Reserves, Arabian National Top Tens and Champions as well as horses with Regional and Scottsdale achievements. Windance Farms has also bred, raised and trained numerous ponies of varying divisions to Congress Championships, Hall of Fame, and Pony of the Year awards.

We believe in the complete versatility of each equine. Several of our equine have won multiple honors at the world championship levels. These achievements range from Park, English Pleasure, Driving, Western Pleasure, Hunter Pleasure, Show Hack, Dressage, Halter, Color and Trail.

An equine with superior conformation, a positive disposition and a lot of heart can do it all if nurtured properly!

We are located in the beautiful Black Hills, replete with endless miles of horse trails. We fully utilize theses trails as we feel it is good for the equine mind and for versatility to perform in more than the show arena. Windance Farms features four varied breeding stallions with impeccable pedigrees and abilities. A Homozygous Saddlebred, a Friesian Heritage Sporthorse, an Arabian Pinto, along with a Shetland show pony.

Windance Farms offers a complete lesson program for riders of all ages with several youth world and national champions and blue ribbon winners emerging from this program.

Just as valuable were the thrills of accomplishment, the comradery and the memories of good times. To sum it up, Windance Farms is not a fancy facility but one that is efficient, friendly and dedicated. We take joy in making the horse and rider all that they can be, believing that we only go around once in this life!
