25 acres..2 ponds..4 pastures..2 paddocks..10 stall barn..tack room..wash area..round pen..arena. Some one on premises every day. Will take special needs horses, IR, Cushings or just old age. Dealt with every day with loving care. I care for all horses like they were mine own. Have boarders that have been here for 15+ years. References avaiable. Nothing fancy..but I make up for it TLC.
