We strive to make your horse the best he can be, both physically and mentally. We ride in the Montana Badlands on the border of Makoshika State Park in Glendive Montana. Our diverse area allows us to ride through marsh land, rough country, across rivers and on flat land. All of these areas allow the horse to think about what he is doing, instead of just trotting circles in an arena. Having the horse constantly thinking about his surroundings instills a confidence that can not be forged any other way.
I use Clinton Anderson training techniques as well as some of Buck Brannaman and John Lyons. I believe the best way to work with a horse, is to understand them.
- Trail Access
- Our trails are very diverse, covering river bottom land as well as the badlands of Makoshika state park. Having diverse trails makes the horses more diverse because they learn to get used to different surroundings.
