Dressage based practical horsemanship for riders and horses of all disciplines. Training from starting and the very basics on up to the show ring in both dressage and show jumping. I enjoy cross training all of my horses and riders with some amount of working equitation obstacles and trail riding along with the usual dressage and jumping work.
I am a USDF bronze and silver medalist with experience through level 4 jumpers. That being said, I grew up in the midwest riding western and doing natural horsemanship before it was a "thing" as well as exercising race horses for the track.... I have recently discovered working equitation which combines all of my background into one discipline. Classical dressage, some jumping, obstacles, and even cows are all part of this fun sport. I am working to bring more awareness of this discipline to our area by hosting clinics and will be aiming for a judging license in the coming years. In 2019 my horse and I were national reserve champions at level 5.
