Unique techniques used to create a deep and long lasting bond with your horse. We follow a trainer out of Russia which had discovered some number of years ago that horses are very easily handled in all activities (daily care, routine vet and farrier visits, and riding and training) without any manner of direct control with devices such as halters or bridles. The research of Alexander Nevzorov and his amazing training methods are practically unknown in the US and we seek to make this safe and effective way of handling horses a norm in the West Michigan area.

Services Offered

Training: Traditional training techniques use a 'pushing' concept to move the horse, by driving them forward from behind. This brings the need to restrict the front end of the horse using bridles or halters to collect the horse and get them to truly drive with the hind. Nevzorov Haute Ecole teaches us that we can encourage the horse forward in a collected manner in a different way which does not create a need to use devices which push on sensitive facial pressure points. By using a 'pulling' concept to bring your horse closer to you and in sync with your movements they are easier to collect and in true balance.
