With lush green pastures, large secure tack rooms , indoor heated wash racks. Not to mention 3 arenas and soon will have one of AZ only grass jumping arena. Have a hunter / jumper trainer on site , near lots of trails for riding 

Also the home of secretariats grandson "Hot Contest"
