Full facility with indoor arena & outdoor sand ring, (with lights for riding at night) small round pen & 10 paddocks.
Farm only has 13 horse stalls total. No school horses or public lessons. Mature adult barn. Never busy or crowded.
I DO NOT OFFER outdoor/pasture boarding, or board for stallions...sorry.
Regular full service stall board is available for $550 a month.
Reduced Stall Board is $425 a month. Property owner will supply all the hay & grain. Property owner is responsible for morning & evening feeding/water/hay, turnout & bring in every night. Boarder is only responsible for mucking out their horse's stall everyday & buy/supply their own shavings.
Your own farrier, vet & coach are all welcome!
We have both English & Western riders. All disciplines are welcome here.
Youngsters, broodmares, retired horses, miniature horses & ponies all welcome here!
Daily all day turnout. Horses are turned out for as much as possible during the day.
All the paddocks have water troughs & are heated in the winter. Fencing is all board or cedar rail fencing...no wire fencing.
80'x160' Outdoor sand riding ring with lights for riding at night, 70'x130' indoor arena, back 70' wall is all mirrors.
Heated tackroom with hot/cold water & blanket racks for drying wet turnouts.
10'x11' stalls all with 2 water buckets, limestone packed floors & wall to wall rubber mats.
Close to 2 York Regional Forests for hacking & to neighbouring stables for showing.
Very quiet, homey, stress free setting. We do not close early at night like many other Barns so boarder can still have plenty of time to come and see and ride the horse after work.
