Ride on the LBJ Grasslands every week with no hauling required. Our gate opens onto the 75 miles of equestrian trails at the Grasslands. Full boarding, training and lessons. Also includes space to park your trailer (hook-ups if you want that), an obstacle course, dressage arena, small indoor arena with mirrors, hot water shower stall, bathroom with shower for people, turn out in fertilized bermuda pastures with large shade trees, fences are pipe with 2x4 horse wire, premium feed with individualized rations, blanketing in winter, holding for farrier (who is a certified correctional farrier).... (read more) Horses are stalled with shavings (and fans in the summer), with about 18 hours of turnout each day in the summer and 12 hours the rest of the year, weather permitting. We do not have pasture only board. Custom saddle maker and tack repair shop across the street. All the other boarders are trail riders, some with endurance experience, so you might find a good riding partner here too. Trainer / Owner lives on premises and can ride with you on the trails. In business since 1999. We currently compete in dressage and working equitation, but have also competed in endurance and NATRC. Arabians are preferred, but other breeds are welcome.
