Close proximity to Fairfax County's Turner Farm, an equine park equipped with cross country course, dressage ring and show jumping ring.

Less than a quarter mile through community easements to the Potomac Heritage Trail, which runs along the Potomac River from Great Falls National Park north to White's Ferry in Leesburg, VA (https://www.nps.gov/pohe/index.htm).
