South Coast Sport Horses is a full service professional training, showing, and sales facility in beautiful Round Top, TX. We offer training for both horse and rider, from very green to show veterans, and sales of quality show horses and prospects. We specialize in restarting off the track thoroughbreds, and developing young horses. Owner/Trainer, Ali Hamann, has a very well rounded background with horses and training, with a career that spans over 25 years.... (read more) Though the focus has always been producing hunters, jumpers, and equitation mounts, she also boasts 15 years of western training, including pleasure, speed events, and ranch horses, and 5 years of gaited horse training experience from Paso Finos to Tennessee Walkers. She has held a professional card with the USEF since 2005, is a trainer for multiple rescues throughout Texas, and is an active member of several show circuits and organizations. In addition to time in the saddle, Ali has almost 20 years of barn management experience including boutique training facilities and large boarding barns and has been teaching beginner through advanced lessons for over 15 years as well.
