My training and lesson program is carefully tailored to build confident, versitile sporthorses and riders. I cross train my horses in Dressage, jumping, and cross-country to keep them mentally and physically fit. I also always respect and celebrate each horse as an individual, and tailor my training approach to suit their individual needs, as well as the needs of their riders.
In my students, I encourage self-analysis and independent thought. I not only want my students to know how to do something correctly, I want them to understand why it is the correct way. With the ability to assess and appropriately react to a situation, my students gain the ability to perform successfully both in the show arena and while schooling alone.
