We train and breed sporthorses for dressage, hunters, jumpers and eventing. We focus on just a few horses at a time so they get all the attention they need to progress at their own pace. We start horses in a gentle but firm training method that encourages them to enjoy their work by seeing it as a game they can win. This methodology promotes a good partner instead of just an obedient mount. Ground manners are a priority at Shake It Easy Horses.

We train with patience and firmness. No horse is "trained" until I am comfortable with my kids riding them. We focus on groundwork and trust before anyone is mounted. We do not sell spooky horses. We tech horses to jump in the round pen from poles on the ground up to 4' before they jump with a rider. We believe in a thorough education including trail rides and road rides to ensure safe sane horses.
