ScotLyn Farm & Stables LLC is a small private Boarding Facility in Southern Wisconsin, located about 20 minutes South of Madison. We are 4 miles West of Evansville, 7 miles South of Brooklyn and 7 miles North of Brodhead, just off Highway 104. We are ideally located for Boarders looking to board in Dane, Green or Rock counties. We Provide: ~ Pasture board in small groups with shelter and heated water - ~ Ritchie automatic water fountains. ~ Woven wire fences with safe equi-rope electrical fencing.... (read more) (NO barbed wire) ~ We have 7 stalls with rubber mats. ~ Large outdoor 10 x 20 Wash Bay. ~ Routine Vet and Farrier Visits. ~ 50’ x 150’ Indoor Riding Arena with Mirrors and a heated attached Tack Room with Viewing Window. ~ 80' x 130' Outdoor Riding Arena. ~ 50’ Round Pen. ~ Individualized Care. ~ Hay is fed twice daily. We enjoy close access to the horse riding trails at Gibbs Lake park (about 15 minutes away ) and we are just 5 minutes from the horse riding trails at Magnolia Bluff Park. Generally we charge 200 per month per horse, (drafts may be slightly higher) and we do offer multiple horse discounts.
