The Horses in Heaven Foundation has designed an experience with horses combined with various life skills that can be applied to the lives of the participants. Our program has two objectives. The first is an "Active Intervention and Support" to help both children and adults to work through crisis/problem periods in their lives. In addition, we offer a "Alternatative Educational Support" by having them attend and learn in an agricultural setting as we integrate life skills through teaching outside the pressures of our complicated society.... (read more) We will accomplish this by partnering with farriers, veterinarians, horticulturalists, butchers, horse trainers, cattle ranchers and many others to open opportunities for possible growth and evolvement.
