Turn out for recovering horses as well as grass pasture for all. 14 stalls, 100 x 200 indoor arena and 50 ft round pen, out door track and honeycomb, trails, Heat/AC tack room, viewing room, feed room, bathrooms, offices. recording facility to send to trainers offsite as well as review for learning, Great location for clinics and over night stay.
