2 cross tie grooming areas
PASTURE BOARD:
50' x 20' pasture barn/ with run in sheds for shelter
Tack room
Frost free automatic waterers
Supplemental hay in the winter

5 foot, 5 strand high tensile coated electric fencing. Additional perimeter fence and coded security gate for added security.
