This is a "Private facility" located in Yacolt, WA just off of Worthington Road. Yacolt is 15 minutes NE of Battleground and about 8 minutes east (5 miles) from Fargher Lake Store just off of Hwy #503 on your way to Amboy, Chelatchie Prairie, and Lake Merwin area. Rock Creek Horse Camp and Kalama Horse Camp are in close driving distance for people who enjoy trail riding.

?... (read more) 60'x156' 3/4 enclosed indoor lighted arena with a couple sides more open for a nice open feel. The footing is a sand and bark peeling mix. I am in the process of removing some of the bark peelings as the footing can get too deep. The arena is available for use during this time.
?Stalls are 12'x12' rubber matted using shavings/sawdust bedding.
?3 stalls with a rubber matted covered area outside of stall
?2 stalls with no paddock.
?1 nice large rubber matted leanto with dirt long narrow run. No bedding to be provided or cleaning. Feeding 2x's a day will be included in the monthly cost is $150

Due to the type of horses that I have gaming horses will not be able to be worked in the arena's to maintain footing requirements.



The horses must be well-mannered and handled frequently. Your farrier and veterinarian are welcome to come up to my place to maintain your horses as long as I have a signed release for them. I can discuss arrangements for me to be here for appointments if you are unable to. Stallions will not be permitted and horses with weaving, chewing, cribbing, kicking or pawing behaviors in excess will be requested to be relocated.

SEMI-SELF Care for horse stalls in barn: $240.00/monthly--> You supply grain, hay and supplements. I feed AM & PM and stalls cleaned.
