Plans to begin working on a small track system/Paddock Paradise for daytime hours with nighttime private small paddock and shelter for those desiring herd living for their horses. Horse in this setting must be barefoot in hinds.
Large matted run-in shelters with large private paddocks, 24/7 in and out access. Owner has camera surveillance of shelters.
Outdoor all-weather sand arena with gravel base, 75x120. Retirement horses are considered to be no longer in consistent work, but owners may avail themselves of our arena when visiting.
Tack storage and in-barn cross-tie area available.
Crushed rock in majority of paddock areas. We do our best to mud-manage here in Western WA.
Plumbed restroom available.
Just over a mile haul to the Centennial Trail. A few small hacking trails on adjacent 5 acres can be accessed. Less than two miles from highway 9. We are north of Snohomish and just on the south edge of Arlington.
Knowledgeable lifetime horse owner lives on site and provides care. Max 4 boarded horses. Owner is experienced with compassionately and discreetly coordinating difficult end of life decisions.
We seek to have as little horse drama as possible.
