Stall for rent in Bluemont: one stall for rent in a 4 stall private barn. Owner is a veterinarian. Daily turn out with one other gelding in one of two large pastures (3 and 7 acres). Each pasture has own large run in shed with heated automatic waters and hay racks. Miles of ride out. Walking distance to hunter/jumper trainer and eventing trainer.

12 x 12 stalls with automatic waterers

125 X 150 Equi Fiber riding ring with jumps
well maintained pastures with safe fencing

Board includes:
unlimited hay
up to 4 quarts of grain per day
daily turn out
