Outdoor all weather arena about 80'X180'. 8 Stalls about 15'X12'. 5 with paddocks off the stalls. Pasture. 2 winter turnouts. Tacklockers, covered sawdust and haystorage. We feed in the morning and turn out if weather permits. Feed at lunchtime if horses are in. Self and full board.
