Calico Farm Mb

Calico Farm MB is a small farm located in the RM of Ritchot in southern Manitoba. We are approximately 25 minutes south of Winnipeg. Our farm name was inspired by the number of multi-colored cats that we own and love.

OUR GOAL: to breed, train and sell good minded, quality, registered Paints and Quarter Horses that will put the try into any activity; western pleasure, trail riding, reining, barrels, team penning, 4H, or anything else a person would want to do with their horse.... (read more)

Currently we stand at stud, Going Catting, a 21 year old son of Scotch Bar Time and a grandson of Sugar Bars. Although this is an older bloodline it is a versatile one. Fred, as we call him, is calmer than most geldings and has wonderful conformation which is evidenced in the smoothness of his gaits.
