With Alicia Mckendrick Equineship Connection training techniques to start horses developing a solid, positive foundation for a horse to have a happy time with their human and future career. This is about creating a willing and confident partner so you can enjoy your amazing creature, your horse and be set up for success!
When starting and putting training days on a horse that has taken part in the training with Alicia a horse should confidently be able to:
~ 'Want to' please their human partner with softness and understanding to the connection of the human.
~ Have confidence, connection and understanding with the human
~ Develop confidence with human material including tarps and obstacles
~ Be ridden confidently by him/herself on the trail able to walk, trot, canter, stop, and back willingly
~ Trailer load and cross water with ease
~ Accept saddle and hackamore and/or bridle
~ Begin/advance the development of balancing the body for self carriage
