-4 horse slant load
-Rear tack room (collapsible)

-Started renovations in LQ.
-Turned child’s bunk beds into sink and counter top.
-Replaced old water heater with new electric water heater.

-I installed a big laundry room sink. Works perfectly but needs to be redone to be “pretty”.... (read more) —Cabinetry needs to be finished. Needs sliding doors to cover under sink area, and I tripped on something I dropped and ripped a cabinet door off while I was working on it.
-Shower and toilet worked fine when I checked functions but never actually used them.
-Needs a new AC unit. Old one is just worn out and no cover because it blew off when I was working on it and shattered into 20 pieces.
-Single leg manual jack works but is tight. Gear box probably needs to be cleaned and new grease.
-there’s a motor cycle when chalk in the back from when I transported my Harley. It can be easily removed. The rubber mats are just in one place because of that but isn’t a big deal and can be moved back with ease.
-I have the original saddle rack. It’s not hung up, I misplaced the pins. But the portable 3 tier rack that’s there instead can also go with the trailer. And there’s a brand new never used spare wheel and tire as well.
-there is no water damage an no leaks anywhere that I’ve noticed. It’s been a pretty great trailer back when I used it often. But life caught up to me and have a family now so no more horses for a while. Selling as is because I don’t have time to finish the trailer out any further. Lastly, I do not have the title. The person I bought it from lied to me about the title. I know there’s a way to get a new one however, I’ve just gotten the run around any time I asked about it at the county treasurer.
