This 2016 Bockmann Champion R, 2-horse bumper pull trailer has been lightly used to go to local trailheads and has been well taken care of. I am the second owner and pull it with a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. One of the nicest features of this trailer is the convertible ramp. It can be a ramp, or a door for step-up entry. Bockmann is considered by many to be Europe’s premier horse trailer brand.

A sturdy rubber mat is bonded to the floor and the edges are sealed. Clean up is quick and easy. Just sweep or hose it out and there is no need to lift a mat!

Everything works. Normal wear from transporting horses.

I added a Bockmann mounting step to the back. The ramp gas springs were replaced two years ago.

Bockmann trailers are imported from Germany and the first owner purchased it from the dealer in Maryland. She only used it a few times to go to events. I purchased it from her in 2018.

This trailer is in excellent condition, was maintained regularly and used only in my home area. Bearings are sealed and do not need to be regularly serviced. Tire tread is good, and tires have been covered and protected from the sun when trailer was not in use. I was planning on replacing the tires in another year. Spare tire was never used.

I keep the hitch covered so it is not exposed to sun and weather when outside.
