- brand new tires (maybe 50 miles on them)
-great floors (they are stained not rotting, I promise they are solid)
- working screened/barred windows with clips to keep closed
- freshly greased slidable saddle racks
- hooks on both sides
- large dressing room with mirror
- brand new lights all around
