Insulated aluminum walls on steel frame, with fiberglass roof, newer tires (including spare), and step up entry. Escape door between mangers into dressing room. Dressing room includes saddle storage under mangers, six bridle hooks and carpeted floor. Wood floors in horse area in great shape (see pic with the mats pulled).
One owner. Only used locally and regularly maintained. Kept stored under cover on cement floor.
