This is a super nice, very well maintained four horse living quarters trailer. The only reason for selling is it just doesn't get used. We bought this trailer from the original owner 2 years ago & have pulled it one time in those 2 years.

We put brand new tires on it right after we purchased & also installed a new water heater. It has a 6 cu foot refrigerator, microwave, two-burner stove top, full bath & the couch folds down into a bed.... (read more) It will come with a queen size mattress in the nose.

Bedding is not included.

8' slide out & the trailer is a full 8' wide with excellent storage under the mangers as well as a rear tack. It is 33 feet in length with 11' living quarters. Inside height is 7’ 8” tall. The mangers measure 23” wide.

It has a new couch, new awning over the slide out & the carborator in the generator has been cleaned. It's ready to go!

This trailer is wired for generator OR will plug into electric as well.

The horse compartment comes with a 'forever floor'...there are no mats it's a rubber composite plank.
