Great looking Jerald sulky roadster cart ready for shows. It does have stirrups and can be used as a jogger. It was used in showing Morgans (fits 14-15 hand horse) Shafts are 88 inches long with 24 inch tires. It has a double red pin stripes on black. Comes with original cover. Does have normal wear. Seat and dash plastic window in like new condition. My loss your gain. Asking $2200 obo
