Caim Knoll is situated on almost 11 acres. We have a 70x170 outside sand riding arena, a 2.5 acre riding field and trails off property. Lessons are provided by the owner who is a licensed riding instructor and also a retired Special Ed and science teacher. We offer boarding as well; 10x12 matted stalls, 2 grain feedings, hay 4x a day, all day turnout or 24/7 turnout is available. Blanketing, holding for farrier/dentist/vet, special diets welcome. Owner lives on property and provides dailey contact with your horse $650/month
