Arena with jumps, and barrels (plans for it to be lighted in the future), round pen, trailer parking, feed/tack room and acreage to ride on. Private dry lot with run in shed that is comfortable for 2 horses. Turn out options on grass during the day for the right horses that get along with the herd.
