Specialized horse care boarding in Georgetown Tx, $500 a month: round pen on property

Hello I’m maddison, I live on a 8 acre property, on our property we have a four stall barn with a 12 foot breezeway on 3 acres of land. I have years experience of being a working student for a Eventing barn. I have 2 boarders and 2 horses of my own with a donkey on site.

What board includes:
•Own 12 by 12 stall
•Stalled for bad weather with 2 buckets of water, alfalfa and 3 flakes hay in hay net.... (read more) Stall cleaned twice a day
•Feeding twice a day in own stall or three feedings if needed. Salt in feed am & pm
•Will give supplements provided by owner
•Free choice hay
•Free choice salt
•Blanketing in winter
•will put on and take off Fly sheets, fly boots, fly mask in summer
•Fly spray am & pm feeding provided by owner
•Will schedule farrier (owner pays for farrier work)
•There is a vet 5 minutes up the road
•Trailer on property
•shed next to barn you can use
•There is someone always on property
