$400/month for everything included below, grain can be provided by owner or us. We offer tribute Kalm ultra and essential K balancer. ? owner pays for whatever it costs for us to feed them additionally after the $400.

Board includes:
24/7 turnout in paddocks with mud control. There’s NO mud in the front half of any paddocks. So horses always have a dry place to stand. No one has scratches with all the rain we’ve had this year!!... (read more) Yippee!
12 x 24 large run in shelters in all paddocks and automatic waterers as well! Always fresh clean and never frozen!
Horses have quality free choice 24/7 hay fed to them at all times.
Brand new white hot flex fence that they cannot injure themselves in. We have seen one try ? they just bounce off of it!
A 70 x 140 gorgeous clearspan indoor arena with professional footing and lights!
An 80 x 150 outdoor with great footing and drainage. Ridable even after the rain.
Both arenas dragged and well maintained.
Super friendly staff, and borders in a family like atmosphere. Always happy to lend a hand to eachother is someone can’t get out for a blanket change or what not!
Trails on site. Outdoor wash rack and tie posts. A borders barn dedicated to them. Tack storage. Well lit grooming bays out of the weather indoors. Blanket storage hooks. Owner on-site for night checks and emergencies.
We bring your horse in for farrier schedule if on ours every 6-8 weeks so you don’t have to be there if you can’t!
