Partially wooded trail surrounding the property. 24/7 turn-out in small groups of no more than six horses. Access to round pen, arena, tack room in the barn and free trailer parking. All grain and hay included and fed twice a day. Round bales in the winter. Owner resides onsite. Adult oriented with trail riding in mind. Limited lessons available on your own horse.
