Private 25 acre farm, owners/caretakers live on property.
We have two retired show horses of our own that are cared for as the royalty they are.
Horses are handled 2-3 times daily.
Daily grazing on mowed pastures.
Customized feeding program available.
Specialized feed or supplements paid for by owner.

Feed soaked for older, dentally challenged horses.
Quality Timothy, Orchard Grass, Alfalfa hay provided.
Stalls with fans during daytime heat.
36 X 24 run-in shed always available.
Water troughs in fields and water buckets in stalls.
Trims every 4-6 weeks depending on toe growth. Farrier will carefully work with horses before going barefoot. (paid for by owner).
Holistic vet comes monthly for acupuncture/chiropractic or any other needs (paid for by owner).
Equine surgical practice is 10 minutes from the farm.
Blanketed when needed (provided by owner).
Annual teeth floating (paid for by owner).

Blanket cleaning/repair arrangements including delivery and pick up (paid for by owner).
Farm owner has 50 years of equine experience and is a retired jumper rider.
