This is a great opportunity for your kiddos to get some horse time or just to get aquatinted with horses for their first time.
July 11th thru 15th, 2022. 4 hours in morning (9am-1pm) for $50 or 8 hours (9am-5pm) for $100/day. 5 rider maximum. Ages 7 to 13.
Riders will help feed, muck, catch, groom and tack up the horses as well as bathe them after the ride. We will do one wooded trail ride in the mornings and one in the afternoons. Riders do not need to know how to ride.... (read more) Basic instructions will be given in an arena prior to going out on the trail. If a rider can not handle their own horse then they will be hand led thru the trail.
To cool off we might spend some time in our pool and trampoline so riders will need to wear jeans and boots as well as bring shorts and shirts to swim and play in (I prefer our swimmers to be fully covered please).
No lunches or snacks will be provided, so bring a packed lunch. A cooler of water will be available and a fridge is available. Also please bring sunscreen.
