Board for one behaved barefoot gelding on our personal farm on Jordan Lake off Hwy 751. Close to Durham, Cary and Apex. Horses enjoy being out 24/7 on high quality pastures with access to barn. Looking for a easy keeper gelding barefoot geldings to get along along with mature geldings. We do a forage based diet, with Bermuda round bales in the winter under a hay hut; summer they rotate between 2 main pastures of 6 acres. They get fed 2 x day with TC 30% ration balancer and unsweet soaked beet pulp.... (read more)
Private Farm
Private farm with 4 stalls 6 acres of pasture. Great for easy keepers and laid back geldings, retirees. Board includes feed and hay. TC 30% Ration balancer + beet pulp, bermuda hay in the winter (round bales in winter in hay net), no hay in summer. Horses have access to barn all day and will let stay in the pasture 24-7 unless its raining, snowing or too hot. Grass riding area. On Jordan Lake and about 10 minute trailer ride to ATT, 20 minutes to Mason Point (Jordan Lake). Barefoot Geldings only, owners must be 18 years or older.
