Wellham Farms is now opening up to a few boarders!! This is a very low key 76 acre private facility with absolutely no drama! We have two barns with 12 large stalls (cleaned twice daily) several large pastures (roughly 30+ acres) with PLENTY of grass, large lighted riding arena with excellent footing, large round pen with excellent footing, near by trails, two tack rooms, indoor wash bay with heated water, gated entry stalls under 24/7 video surveillance, personal stall with daily turn out....
