Spurs and Latigo Ranch Equine Rescue currently has a few spots available for pasture boarding and one private paddock that can hold 2-3 horses max.
Full pasture board: $275 per horse per month, includes grain and hay.
Partial pasture board: $175 per horse per month, includes hay, owner provides feed.
One private paddock available with run in that can house up to 3 horses max. Same prices as above.
We are a local horse rescue/sanctuary and when we have space we offer boarding.... (read more) All rescue horses are kept separate from boarder horses to ensure no possible illnesses or diseases could get transferred.
Boarded horses have roughly 20 acres of pasture to graze upon that is well managed.
We're not a fancy boarding facility but we put your horse's well being at the heart of everything we do. Your horse will be loved and cared for like it's our own.
We are a no-drama barn and all disciplines are welcome! We can provide references!
Many quality grain choices to choose from. If your horse requires special grain or supplements, we are happy to feed them, but must be provided at the expense of the horse's owner. All horses come in and eat in a pen separately from others to ensure that each horse gets their own feed.
Boarders will have use of a round pen, tack room and wash rack. Miles of dirt road for trail riding as well. Riding arena is coming soon!
Farrier on site every two weeks. Boarders are able to use our farrier or their own. If using your own, must be present to hold your horse.
Owner's are on-site. Horses are looked after multiple times throughout the day.
We are in proximity to the famous Hitchcock Woods where riders can enjoy 70 miles of trails. Red Bank horse arena is nearby as well.
Board includes quality grain and unlimited hay/pasture. We will blanket and remove blankets at no extra charge.
