We have opening for 3 horses (there will be 5 horses total). We have approximately 15 acres fenced with a huge custom built run in shelter. We are in the process of building our barn which will having living quarters. Until then, there is no one living on site - but we are gated and have security cameras as well as wonderful equestrian neighbors.
We will reduce the $250 board in exchange for assistance feeding two or three times a week - sometimes more during the spring and late summer if we travel.... (read more) We are located right at the border or Canton and Waleska off of Rhinehardt pkwy. We are about 10 minutes away from Garland mountain which is also a wonderful place to ride. Our property boarders a little over 250 acres of trails that we ride - there are exceptions during hunting season. We also have a small riding ring. We have room for you to leave your trailer on site.
We have running water, electricity, porta potty (emptied and cleaned twice a month), enclosed feed trailer and a hay building that holds almost 200 square bales. We are building our home on the property and eventually will be living onsite.
This is a private farm. We prefer geldings - no alpha or late gelded horses please!
