Horses must be halter broke and retrievable from a pasture.
Colt starters:
Groundwork will be introduced so that a horse understands the cues given to walk, trot, canter, stop, reverse, and back. Saddle introduction, learning to stand, and accept a rider. Goal is to achieve walk, trot, canter under saddle and basic direct rein commands. $1400 Minimum 60 days required.
Finishing:
Brush up on ground manners, stand when mounting/dismounting, introduce or reinforce neck reining skills.... (read more) Teach front and rear independent control of leg positions. Specialized skills can be introduced here such as learning to open gates, basic rope handling, ect. $700 30 days.
Tune-ups:
For well broke horses that need a tune-up for situations like spring riding, sale preparation, or show preparation. Goal is to provide miles in order to improve condition and maintain skills. $350 per 14 days.
Owners will provide vaccines and proof of Coggins no less than 2 weeks before the horse is expected to arrive. Deposits to hold your slot is $150 and due with contract.
