We have a fairly new 8 stall morton horse barn ready for your horse. There are heated auto waterers, lazy susan style feeders, 12x12 stalls with floor mats, dutch exterior doors. The barn features a wash bay, vet/ferrier bay, stall fans, and a bird away system. The concrete floor is also lined with rubber mats. The tack room is heated and cooled with a full bath and washer dryer. There is plenty of riding pasture and strong fencing. Our full board includes trailer parking and is $500.... We are horse enthusiasts that are renting our stalls to those who would like a quality small scale home in the northeastern corner of Fayette County Tennessee: 15 minutes north of Somerville and 15 minutes south of Brownsville on Hwy 76.
