‘Chinook’ is a well put together 5 year old mare, athletic and smart. She stands just over 15HH (she has not been sticked), great conformation and feet. Chinook will be the first to come see what you are up to, and even follow you around like a puppy. Chinook was to the mountains as a 3 year old, she has crossed rivers, ponied other horses (and been ponied), been ridden english (but primarily western). She is mainly experienced with trails, but has been ridden in an arena.... (read more) On the trails we have met cows, seen elk and deer with no reactions. Chinook is very soft in the mouth, has a solid foundation and ready to go in any direction/discipline you choose. Great around dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, goats.
