Twizzler is a 2017, suspected QH x Morgan cross, gelding standing 14.1hh

Twizzler has good ground manners and a very developed groundwork education. He is a gentle, quiet horse. Twizzler can be cautious of new people and may need to take a few minutes to open up to someone new, and he is best with quiet, low energy handlers.

Undersaddle, Twizzler is still considered “green”— he rides WTC in the arena or on the trails. Still figuring out his balance and consistency in his canter, but has a decent understanding. He is just now learning about collection in a snaffle. He has smooth, forward gaits.

Twizzler is amazing out on the trails and would love a home to consistently trail ride, camp, etc.
I have hauled him to various obstacle courses which he does seem to do well with.

At this time, best suited for a confident intermediate rider and above — ideally with a one rider home, although I have had various people ride him and he has been fine under my supervision and guidance.

Twizzler is sensitive, but a fairly low energy horse in general.

Twizzler is available for ADOPTION and adopters must be approved through Heart of Phoenix Equine Rescue to adopt him, this can be further discussed privately.
