Here is everyone’s dream pony! Kid-safe, mother approved. Cricket is the best behaved little guy. If we had a kid of our own to enjoy him, he wouldn’t be going anywhere. Sadly we don’t and we would hate for him to be a pasture pet when he has so much to offer a kid.

Cricket is a 14 year old 36.5” gelding. He would love to be your kid’s next best friend and teach them how to ride and enjoy the simple pleasures in life.... (read more) Cricket does need a bit of encouragement to pick up the trot. No worries about this one running away with your kid. He loves to amble around and stop for snacks if allowed. He rides the same at home as away. He rides under saddle and bareback and is laid back enough to put up with all the kid shenanigans.

Cricket can be ridden English or western. He will also ground drive and pull a cart (videos to come). He trailers fine alone or with others. He is the easiest keeper. Cricket does need to be dry lotted as he has a lumptious figure and doesn’t need to gain any weight. He is currently pastured with calves, other ponies and donkeys and gets along fine with everyone.
