I purschased Scout off the track after his last race in 2022. He had a great start but due to job changes, he has been on the back burner and now due to an unfortunate medical condition (me) he is being offered for sale. He loves having a job and when worked consistently just gets better and better. He is an absolute sweetheart ad loves attention.
Scout has attended a couple local jumper shows, one at 2'3 ad the other at 2'6 with placings in all classes entered.... (read more) He has been off property and schooled X/C being super brave to all fences.
Scout can be a forward ride when jumping and requires an experienced rider. He can be a little anxious in warm up areas with other horses but when I have worked on this regularly he gets better and settles quickly.
He is currently stalled during the day and turned out at night with another gelding. Hauls great and stands quietly by the trailer, good with vet, farrier and wears front shoes. UTD on everything. Price neg.
