Loki is a unique guy as he is only 14.2hh and no he does NOT have Dwarfism he is just small. He has beautiful movement! He would be a perfect partner for a smaller rider or child. He is sweet, kind, willing and eager to please. I have ponied my daughter at a walk and trot around the arena on him but he hasn't officially been started yet. (It won't be hard)
