We bought buddy for our friend that lives in MO because he needed a good solid horse due to having a broken back and being 79 years old so we hunted for months and found this gelding.... (read more)
He has been the best horse in the world for this guy never been a problem at all! He has been hauling all over the states MN, Iowa, AK, Oklahoma, MO, and SD!
He has been over night camping in all those places and been stalled and been in Corals too
He's great for beginners and intermediates he's gentle with beginners and can go to work with a intermediate he will happily go after a cow or slide to a stop and do a 180.
Your probably thinking why would we sell a horse like this when unfortunately due to the the older gentleman that owns this horse having a broken back his back has gotten worse and he can no longer ride anymore so he wants this guy to find a new home the years this gelding has done that gentleman good are so many. He has had the miles put on him to a new level! He is SAFE AND SOUND never been lame a day this gentleman has owned him
He chooses to put shoes on him because he just shoes all of his horses
Shoes have been removed and he is doing great
Buddy has been used for therapy riding for adults and kids

He was previously used as a ranch horse for moving and roping cows. We don't know how well he does that as for we haven't actually used him for moving cattle or roping them because we don't have any to do that with.
