River is a coming 5 year old Registered Friesian sport pony (half Paso fino). Standing just under 14’2, River should be competitive in the pony divisions for Dressage, or perhaps as a large hunter pony.... (read more) He has been started slowly and correctly under saddle, and is only for sale at this level of training due to his owner’s need to relocate.
Currently, he is being ridden full time by the classical dressage trainer Max Goodman and being ridden once a week for lessons by a 6 year old boy.
His price will increase once he gains more experience off property, in the show ring and under saddle. River is an in-your-pocket type personality who loves attention, and with his super smooth gaits and ample Friesian locks we could see him happily with a doting mama or maybe a young rider who wants to do a bit of everything.
