We have owned Brooklyn for almost a year! She was donated to our program last spring and she did 60 days of training before working with kids. She was absolutely amazing!
At the end of last summer, Brooklyn was diagnosed with an old track injury to her hip and started therapy to get her to a place where she was sound and comfortable.
After four months of therapy and conditioning, Brooklyn has had an additional 60 days of training her as she prepares for her future.
Brooklyn is sound for w/t/c and jumping up to around 3’ or 3’6”. We started her over fences and have jumped her around 2ft so far. She is light in the bit, easy to ride, and a great teacher! She has started flying lead changes and is doing great!! She will have automatic changes very soon!
Brooklyn can take a joke and has good transitions. She is not spooky and can be ridden anywhere in any weather! She has an amazing brain!!
She has been to the beach, to the mountains, to shows, arena work, trails, she is used to cows, chickens, dogs, cats, goats. She will cross water, swim in the ocean, gallop in the surf, cross mud and bridges, and loads and unloads easily!

Brooklyn would be great for an intermediate rider looking to show or ride consistently. With her track injury, Brooklyn has to be ridden or lunged at least 3X a week to keep her in shape. She would also thrive in a hunter program!
We will be very picky on where this mare goes!
