4yo 14.3h Dutch warmblood cross gelding, flashy chestnut with lots of chrome!

If you’ve been looking for a H/J or dressage prospect with the movement to win and a brain that can take a joke this is your horse!

Diego was lightly started under saddle fall of 2024. He has an excellent brain, picks up on things very quickly and is eager to please. He is very brave and willing to try whatever is asked. He doesn’t get bothered easily and is quick to let down and refocus.... (read more) He is an in your pocket type of horse and absolutely loves people and being groomed.

Diego has all of his basics down and has even practiced dragging and carrying things in addition to his trail rides and rides on the road. He has not offered any negative behaviors under saddle and has no vices. He is green but is amateur friendly and would do well with any rider (youth or adult) working with a trainer.

Diego would enjoy doing hunter/jumpers or dressage but he also will go trail riding happily. He is a beautiful mover W/T/C and is very smooth and comfortable to ride especially in the trot. Diego is turned out in a mixed herd and barefoot with nice tough feet and no maintenance at this time. UTD on shots and coggins.
